History
Kulendi @Law was incorporated in July 2002 to provide legal services particularly in commercial and litigation practice. The firm since its inception has carved a niche for itself in respect of being a leader in commercial litigation. We have considerable capabilities in banking and finance, leasing, property (real and intellectual), securities, corporate, communication, media, telecommunication, oil & gas, criminal law, natural resources, personal work, governance, financial services, and not-for-profit organization.
Our team, one of the biggest in Ghana, is made up of the best, talented, dedicated and professionally ambitious experienced and young lawyers who deliver on every task. The dynamic combination of experienced lawyers and young committed lawyers is one that sets us apart from other law firms.

Kulendi@Law was founded by Emmanuel Yonny Kulendi JSC. He was the Managing Partner of the firm until his elevation to the high office of the Supreme Court of Ghana in May, 2020.
