Faisal Gbadegbe

Faisal has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) all from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. In 2017, Faisal was called to the Ghana Bar and subsequently enrolled as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in the State of New York, in the United States of America, in 2021.

He holds a Masters of Law (LLM) in International Business and Economic Law as well as a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University in the United States of America.

Faisal is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and specializes in International Trade, National Security and Business, Aviation Law and Project Finance, International Arbitration, Debt Finance and Restructuring, Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, Intellectual Property, Oil and Gas and Commercial litigation.

He has over the years authored a few insightful and thought-provoking publications bordering on his interests.
