Mary is a multifaceted professional, holding qualifications as a Lawyer, certified Data Protection Supervisor, Researcher, and a Manager (Company Secretarial/Compliance/Human Resources). With over ten (10) years of extensive experience, she excels in areas such as company incorporation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business advisory, human resources management, global mobility services, company liquidation, and general law practice. Acting as a liaison between companies and statutory authorities, Mary ensures seamless communication and compliance.

To bolster her expertise, Mary has earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics & History and a master’s degree in Philosophy with a focus on History & Research from the University of Cape Coast.
